ABOUT MARTA ALTES

Marta Altés studied graphic design in Barcelona. After working as a graphic designer in Spain for almost five years, she decided to pursue her childhood interest in illustration. Marta moved to the UK to study for an MA in Children's Book Illustration at Cambridge School of Art, Anglia Ruskin University and graduated in 2011.
Since then, she has seen her books translated into more than 20 languages, has taught as a part-time lecturer on the MA and has done lots of workshops with little artists around the world.
